System of Care Community Navigator Training (Fri, September 25th)

The System of Care Community Navigator training program helps participants learn more about Project SUN and how to assist families in identifying community resources/options to meet their needs. Attendees will learn to use the online Kan-I Help database, particularly with regard to childrens behavioral health services. Participants will also discuss various scenarios when they might choose to make a referral to Project SUN and when Project SUN might contact them on behalf of a family.
