TruSelf Empowerment - Friendship Series for Girls

TruSelf Empowerment is an interactive program for girls (ages 9-12) that recognizes the importance of planting seed of empowerment at an early age. These weekly events will be held Wednesdays from 5-6 (June 30th-July21st) at the Grow Center: 310 Main St NW, Bourbonnais. Through mindful discussion, journaling, activities, and crafts, girls will focus on self-esteem, self-worth, solving conflicts, and having healthy friendships. Space is limited!
