This includes comprehensive mental health and alcohol/substance abuse services. Accepts most forms of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid insurances. PHP & IOP Programs - Services for individuals ages 12 and above

Services

Adult Dual Diagnosis Partial Hospitalization Program

This treatment program is geared for adult individuals who present with both substance abuse and mental illness issues. Treatment interventions will include group therapy, medication management and services to families. These services are for individuals ages 18 and older.

Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)

ECT is a treatment used for several psychiatric disorders such as depression, mania, catatonia, and agitation/aggression in people with dementia. Patients ages 18 and above can receive this therapy. This treatment is performed in Riverside's Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

In-Patient Mental Health Unit

Services include programs that address the unique needs of children starting at age 5, adolescents and seniors starting at age 65. The Senior unit is medically equipped to treat the aging adults' medical needs.

Intensive Treatment Program (IOP) through Pathways

Adult PHP and IOP serves ages 18 and above. Adolescent IOP serves ages 12-17. // IOP Is a less restrictive group program focusing on mental health. The goal of IOP is to help stabilize individuals' stressors in day-to-day life, monitor medication and making adjustments, and identifying and implementing effective, healthy coping skills to maintain optimal functioning. IOP is a minimum of 9 hours of group programming per week. Insurances not accepted for this program include: Molina, United Healthcare, County Care. Call the Behavioral Medicine - Central Intake Department at 844-442-2551 for more information or a referral to treatment programs and services. // Good candidates for this program include: Anyone whose mental health symptoms are affecting their daily functioning. Individuals needing preventive measures to avoid inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and chronic mental illness, among many others. Adults dealing with comorbidity, mental health, and substance abuse.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) through Pathways

PHP is an alternative to hospitalization that provides a highly structured daily program focusing on mental health. PHP programming provides intensive group treatment focusing on mental illness that impacts daily functioning. The goal of PHP is to help stabilize individuals' stressors in day-to-day life, monitor medication and making adjustments, and identifying and implementing effective, healthy coping skills to maintain optimal functioning. PHP programming for adults focuses on dual diagnoses, addressing mental health and substance abuse issues. PHP is a minimum of 20 hours group programming per week. PHP services are open to individuals ages 12 and older.
