AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois is a nonprofit organization and one of 13 Area Agencies on Aging in Illinois. AgeGuide designs and coordinates a service delivery system for older adults and caregivers through the Older Americans Act. Our mission is to be a vital resource and advocate for people as we age by providing thoughtful guidance, supportive services and meaningful connections. Our vision is to enhance the quality of life for people on their aging journey.

Services provided or coordinated through AgeGuide include: Information & Assistance, Benefits Access Services, Home Delivered Meals, Community Dining, Caregiver Support, Transportation, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Adult Protective Services, Legal Assistance, Ombudsman, Senior Health Insurance Program, Medicare Assistance, Fraud Assistance, Friendly Visits/Calls, Education and Recreation programs, Volunteer Opportunities, and programs to support persons with Alzheimers Disease and Related Dementias.
