Library

Provide public library services. Anyone over age 5 who lives in Douglas or Danforth Township may get a library card. Anyone who lives outside of these Townships may purchase a card at the Gilman-Danforth Library with fees based on the specific patron's property tax bill. Renters who want to purchase a card should bring a rent receipt. Homeowners should bring their most recent tax bill.

Page One Book Club

Page One Book Club is a community based book discussion group that meets at the library at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. Books are nominated by members who have read the book. Visit https://www.gilmandanforthlib.org/programs to see the book selection of the month.

PreSchool Story Time

Preschool storytime is a free program of stories, songs, crafts, and snacks for all children ages three to five years. It meets at 9:30 a.m. on Fridays from September through June. No need to register. For more information, call 815-265-7522.
