Birthright arranges free, professional pregnancy tests and provides information on pregnancy, childbirth, adoption, prenatal care, parenting skills, and local community programs. There are no residency restrictions. Office hours are available on the Birthright of Joliet Facebook page or by calling the office directly.

Services

Maternity and Infant Clothing

Birthright offers baby and toddler clothing from newborn to 24 months, as well as diapers up to size 5. Maternity clothing and essential childrens items are also available. New mothers can receive a layette for their baby, which includes a set of newborn necessities.

Pregnancy Services

Birthright provides free, confidential services to women and girls experiencing problem pregnancies, including: 24-hour telephone assistance, pregnancy testing, adoption assistance, legal, medical and educational referrals, employment assistance, and referrals to other social service agencies.
