Services

Hope House

Hope House, located on the main street of Pembroke township, serves families in Kankakee County - primarily in the Pembroke, Hopkins Park, St. Anne, and rural Momence areas. Programs and services include family support services, job training, e-learning support services for youth, and senior care programs.

PJs Place

PJs Place is a strong neighborhood house where seniors can receive weekly food pick-up and delivery service. This service made available in partnership with the United Way of Kankakee and Iroquois county. Pickup occurs between 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Tuesdays.
