Services
Home Delivered Mobile Meals
Provide a hot, healthy, nutritious lunch for $4.00 each Monday through Friday.
Homemaker & In-Home Care
Workers provide housekeeping chores, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, assistance with personal care according to a needs assessment.
Respite Care
Trained caregivers provide close supervision and monitoring of activities for clients confined to the home. To provide relief to the regular family caregiver.
Senior Information Service
A clearing house for information about the local, state and federal services available to persons 60 plus years and older. Information may be given over the telephone or a home visit can be provided by the Outreach Worker. Assistance includes providing answers to questions about qualifications for various services and resources available, assessing client's needs and making referrals, working on behalf of the client to insure access to needed services, assist with circuit breakers, senior tax freeze, health care forms, etc.
