Services

All Kids Healthcare Insurance

The All Kids program offers many Illinois children comprehensive healthcare that includes doctor's visits, hospital stays, mental health treatment (inpatient and outpatient), prescription drugs, vision care, dental care, medical devices like eyeglasses and asthma inhalers, and more. Some families pay monthly premiums for the coverage, but rates for middle-income families are significantly lower than they are on the private market. Effective 7/1/2022, children enrolled in All Kids Share, Premium Level 1 and Premium Level 2 are now eligible under the All Kids Assist program.

Moms & Babies Program

Moms & Babies is a program for pregnant women and their babies. Moms & Babies pays for both outpatient and inpatient hospital services for women while they are pregnant, and for 60 days after the baby is born. It also pays for services to babies for the first year of the baby's life, if the mother is covered by Moms & Babies when the baby is born. There are no co-payments or premiums in Moms & Babies. You do not have to be a citizen or a legal immigrant to get Moms & Babies. You do not need to have a Social Security number to get Moms & Babies. To apply, call the All Kids Hotline at 1-866-255-5437 to find an All Kids Application Agent in your area who can help you complete the application.
