Al-Anon Family Groups

Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of families and friends of alcoholics or problem drinkers who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other to solve their common problems. Meetings last about one hour and no appointment is necessary. Please feel free to attend our meetings to see what we are all about. Al-Anon also provides Alateen meetings specifically for teenages and young people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking. Teens come together to share experience, strength, and hope with each other, discuss their difficulties, and learn effective ways to cope with their problems using the Al-Anon principles. There are no in-person Alateen meetings in the Kankakee area at this time however, we can put you in touch with online Alateen meetings if you contact us through our website. Visit: https://kankakeealanon.com/local-meetings for an up-to-date list of meeting times and locations for Al-Anon meetings.
