Skilled Care Facility

The RNs and LPNs at the Iroquois Resident Home strive to provide safe and compassionate care by promoting healing and recovery for residents, both short and long-term. Specialized Services Include: Intravenous Therapy, Wound and Ostomy Care, Diabetic Management and Teaching, Pain Management, Medication Management, Tracheostomy Care, Enteral Feedings, Restorative Nursing Rehabilitation, Specialty Medical Care, Routine Health Care (Lab, X-Ray, etc.), and Cancer Treatment. Other services include: Hospice Care, access to 24 hour emergency care, special diet accommodations, and a full schedule of activities including community outings.

Therapy Services

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists follow you through your rehabilitation process. When it's time to be discharged home, these therapists are available to provide home services should you need them.
