RTS Services Unlimited, Inc. is a full-service counseling agency supporting children, adolescents, and adults throughout Kankakee County. We provide individualized, family-centered services in homes, schools, and the community. Our direct-care staff offers specialized counseling, educational support, and skill-building to help clients restore their well-being, strengthen problem-solving abilities, enhance social skills, and develop effective coping strategies. We are committed to promoting mental wellness through evidence-based services, including individual counseling, group therapy, crisis intervention, and community outreach. Our team is experienced in supporting diverse populations and addressing a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Clients have the option to be seen in the community or in our office space. To better meet the needs of those we serve, our therapists offer flexible scheduling outside our standard office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
